📅 Date: Thursday 29th August
🕕 Time: 6:00 PM
📍 Location: Online Event (zoom)

What we will cover:

Natalie will begin by defining self-compassion and explaining its significance in mental health and well-being.

🧠 Understanding Self-Compassion: learn that self-compassion involves treating oneself with kindness and understanding, especially during difficult times. Natalie will highlight techniques to develop self-compassion, such as self-compassion breaks and compassionate self-talk, providing practical exercises for participants to practise. The session will include an interactive Q&A segment, where participants can share their experiences and ask questions about incorporating self-compassion into their lives.

🧠 Fundamentals of Healing the Relationship: discuss the profound impact this relationship has on overall well-being, behaviour, and decision-making, particularly in the context of gambling harm. Natalie will explain the fundamentals of healing this relationship, including recognising harmful patterns and fostering positive self-regard.

🧠 Building Healthy Habits for Self-Care: practical self-care strategies encompassing physical self-care (exercise, nutrition, sleep) and emotional self-care (mindfulness, journaling, seeking support). Participants will gain insights into developing and maintaining self-care routines that support their well-being.

Who is Natalie Russell?

Natalie, who was a cast member of the recent hit ITV show "My Mum Your Dad" has worked hard to get to where she is now. Coming from a broken home, and facing other traumas at a young age, sent her on a path of complete self-destruct.

This led to domestic abuse, substance abuse, prisons, suicide attempts and utter chaos. At 22, just out of prison and finding herself pregnant it would send her on a healing journey. To say the story ended there would be an understatement.

Her healing journey has not always been easy and has been paved with many more painful experiences and toxic relationships. Despite it all, she was determined to heal and learn how to fiercely love herself. She is now a Self-esteem and relationship coach teaching others to heal from their past and develop radical self-confidence so they can call in the life and love they desire.

Who Should Attend?

Anyone interested in learning more about self-compassion, understanding the formation and impact of their self-relationship, and building healthy self-care habits will find this session valuable. Attendees will leave with practical tools and techniques to foster a healthier, more compassionate relationship with themselves.
