Joining EPIC Restart Foundation changed my life. After three years in recovery, I felt stuck, but the Community Sessions inspired me. I regained my dignity and realised my addiction didn't have to define me.
We offer free support to people across the UK. Our programmes, which include a range of online support and face-to-face events, are shaped and driven by lived experiences of gambling harm.

Our Approach
After launching in 2021, we spent two years prototyping our approach, collaborating with and listening to people with lived experience of gambling harm and coaching and clinical professionals.
We found that there were four main areas where people wanted support to rebuild their lives after gambling.

We made these areas our core pillars, developing all of our programmes around them.
EPIC Restart Recovery Coaching
At EPIC Restart Foundation, our team of experienced and compassionate Recovery Coaches take a person-centred and trauma-informed approach to supporting people affected by gambling harm.
With their own experience of gambling harm, each Recovery Coach understands first-hand the challenges of recovery and can hold space in a non-judgmental and reassuring way.
Self-development Workshops
Alongside one-to-one coaching, EPIC Restart Foundation runs various in-person self-development workshops throughout the year. These events provide a supportive space for recovery, where individuals can challenge themselves, track their progress, and build the skills needed for lasting recovery. It’s all about creating the foundation for long-term change that lasts a lifetime.
