What we will cover:
This session will explore how the brainβs ability to reorganise and form new neural pathways can be harnessed to break free from harmful gambling behaviours. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how they can actively reshape their brain's wiring to support recovery and long-term change.

Who is Ami Porter?
Ami is a Qualified Brain Coach with a passion to help people upgrade their mindset which in turn keep your brain healthy.
Before qualifying she spent 19 years around Neurologists, Neuroscientists and neurosurgeons face to face as her son has a rare brain condition so she's seen the remarkable things the brain can do.
She is a carer for her Mum who has Alzheimer's, again another neurological condition. She's seen in person the way the brain can grow in a positive way but also what happens in a negative way.
