Who are Emma and Antony?

Emma Gibbons, Vulnerability Lead: Emma is responsible for PayPlan’s work supporting vulnerable clients. She is really passionate about helping all clients and making sure those with vulnerabilities never slip through the new. She trains advisers on how to spot the signs of vulnerable clients, covering domestic abuse, addiction and mental health issues. Emma is also site on GamCare’s Advisory Panel to work towards reducing gambling-related harm.

Antony Price, Partnership Development Manager: Antony has been with PayPlan for nearly 20 years and really enjoys working in the free debt advice sector. He is PayPlan’s resident trainer and is responsible for upskilling our advisers and external colleagues which he does as part of our accredited training sessions. Antony has professional qualifications in Money Advice and Insolvency Certification. He also offers a consultation service for advisers who’d like further guidance.
