Ami is a Qualified Brain Coach with a passion to help people upgrade their mindset which in turn keep your brain healthy.

Before qualifying she spent 19 years around Neurologists, Neuroscientists and neurosurgeons face to face as her son has a rare brain condition so she's seen the remarkable things the brain can do.

She is a carer for her Mum who has Alzheimer's, again another neurological condition. She's seen in person the way the brain can grow in a positive way but also what happens in a negative way.
