Developed and led by women with personal experience of gambling harm, Woman. Empowered is designed to meet you wherever you are on your recovery journey—whether you're reaching out for the first time or seeking continued support after active addiction. Together, we work to foster confidence, self-worth, and empowerment, helping to combat isolation and break free from the stigma that so often surrounds addiction.
Our recovery programme is designed to build a solid foundation for your recovery journey, guiding you through the initial steps with personalised support.

This is just an initial conversation, there will be no pressure to sign up to Woman. Empowered. We want to make sure that you feel supported and informed so that you can access the help you need whenever you're ready.
What We Offer
- Prehab support to ensure you are aware of all the options available to you and can make an informed decision on what you would like your recovery journey to look like.
- One to one online Recovery Coaching sessions.
- Weekly online group coaching sessions with a supportive community of women all recovering from gambling harm.
- Access to the EPIC Restart Online Community – an app filled with amazing resources and online events.
At the moment our weekly online group sessions take place on Tuesday evenings at 6pm and on Friday mornings at 11am.
