Restarting Lives is a personal development programme that supports you in maintaining your recovery from gambling-related harm.

Our programme is designed to empower you to build and develop the necessary tools and support network to create a new way of living and achieve your full potential.

You will receive one to one sessions with our lived experience Recovery Coaches, who understand the challenges and struggles that come with recovery. They will work with you to create a personalised plan, tailored to your unique needs and goals, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

You will also be given the opportunity to attend transformative events, set in some spectacular surroundings and hosted by incredible guest speakers, instructors and coaches. These events are 100% free of charge and will provide you with memories and skills that last a lifetime.
